   Feasibility Study & Technical Roadmap

   A fixed-price discovery that turns an idea into a go/no-go package — the same analysis needed before quoting larger work, sold as a deliverable.

   • Architecture diagram and recommended path
   • MCU / SoM recommendation with availability check
   • BOM cost estimate, risk list, and implementation time & cost

   3 000–6 000 PLN net · 5–10 working days · fee credited toward offer 02 or 03 if ordered within 60 days

2. 02

   Feature Delivery

   Scoped features for an existing product — concrete problem, timeline, and milestones. Built for teams that already have hardware and need reliable progress.

   • Yocto / i.MX8, STM32 / FreeRTOS, drivers, CI, and board revisions
   • Fixed price per milestone with written acceptance criteria
   • Debug & Rescue: bring-up faults, EOL replacements, stuck builds

   Usually preceded by a short review · change requests priced separately

3. 03

   Product Development

   Specification to working prototype — PCB, firmware, Linux, enclosure, and manufacturing handover when you need end-to-end ownership.

   • Phase 0: Feasibility Study (mandatory)
   • Phase 1: functional prototype — schematic, PCB rev A, firmware, enclosure, test report
   • Phase 2: pre-production — rev B, DFM, test fixture, production docs, CM handover
